2. Service Description

WaveShift provides AI-powered media processing, including transcription, translation, dubbing, and related workflow tools.

3. Accounts and Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and session security.
  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our breach.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WaveShift to:

  • Violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Upload or distribute unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
  • Attempt unauthorized access, disruption, scraping abuse, or security attacks.
  • Use the service to create deceptive impersonation or fraud.

5. User Content

  • You retain ownership of content you upload.
  • You grant WaveShift a limited license to host, process, and transmit content solely to operate and improve the service.
  • You confirm you have rights to upload and process your submitted content.

6. Plans, Billing, and Refunds

Paid plans, billing cycles, and feature limits are described on the pricing page. Payments are handled by third-party processors. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once consumed.

7. Service Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve reliability, security, or compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Intellectual Property

WaveShift software, branding, and non-user content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or resell the service except as expressly permitted.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for material violations, abuse, or legal risk. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Disclaimer and Liability Limits

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent allowed by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaveShift is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
