- Media and workflow data: files you upload, generated subtitles/audio/video outputs, processing status, and configuration settings.

- Billing data: subscription and payment status from payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers.

4. Google Sign-In Data Use
If you choose Google Sign-In, WaveShift only requests basic identity scopes required for authentication (for example: openid, email, profile).
- We use Google account data only for authentication and account management.
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.
- You can revoke WaveShift's access at any time in your Google account permissions settings.
WaveShift's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Cookies and Session Storage
We use essential cookies and session storage to keep you signed in, protect sessions, and maintain security. These technologies are required for core product functionality.
6. Data Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run WaveShift (such as cloud hosting, email delivery, and payment infrastructure), and only for service operations, security, and legal compliance.

We retain account and processing records only as long as necessary for service delivery, security, financial reconciliation, and legal obligations. You may request account deletion as described below.
